What we move

Last mile to long haul.

Dedicated units and drivers for each leg of the chain, run on the same platform.

  • Last mile

Station or depot to the end customer, with photo evidence at every stop.

  • Middle mile

Between distribution centers, stations and stores, on fixed daily routes.

  • First mile

Factory or supplier to distribution center, 1.5 to 25 tons.

  • Long haul

Intercity and interstate lanes with 48 and 53 ft trailers.

Who we work with

Retail, 3PL and manufacturing.

  • Retail and e-commerce

Store replenishment, marketplace fulfillment and home delivery at scale.

  • 3PL and parcel

Overflow and dedicated capacity for carriers and logistics providers.

  • Manufacturing and industry

Plant-to-DC and plant-to-customer freight, including heavy and bulky product.

How to contract

RFPs, tenders and spot.

Three ways to contract. The carriers, the vetting and the operations desk are the same in all three.

Enterprise RFPs

Multi-lane, multi-year programs. We answer with lane-level pricing, a positioning plan and SLAs, and run the program with a named account team.

  • Lane-level pricing within days
  • Dedicated units and drivers per lane
  • Weekly compliance reports and quarterly reviews

Tenders

We work inside your procurement process: your templates, your timelines, your evaluation criteria. We supply the documentation, pricing and capacity evidence the bid asks for.

  • Documentation and compliance pack
  • Carta Porte and CFDI invoicing
  • Capacity evidence by region

Spot and seasonal

Peaks, launches and overflow. Book units by the day or the week from the same network, with the same tracking.

  • Units in under 24 hours in active cities
  • Scale up and down by week
  • One weekly invoice

For procurement, legal and finance

What we can provide before the first route.

  • Carriers paid weekly by PartRunner; you receive one invoice
  • Vetted carriers: documents, contract, training and equipment verified
  • CFDI-compliant invoicing and Carta Porte on every applicable route
  • Named contacts for operations, commercial and finance per account
  • Route history with every change logged: who, when and why
  • API and weekly reports for your TMS and control tower

Platform

Every route, from dispatch to invoice.

The platform records each route from scheduling to payment. Your team sees where the unit is, what was delivered and the evidence.

  • Live tracking

GPS position and route status for every unit: assigned, en route, at warehouse, completed.

  • Evidence and route logs

Photos, signatures and a PDF route log per shift, sent to the driver on WhatsApp and available to your team.

  • Incidents on record

Every change, cancellation or unrecognized package is logged with who, when and why.

  • Reports and API

Weekly compliance by route, warehouse and client. API integration for your TMS or portal.

How we use AI

Where we use AI.

Four tools we built and use every day, inside the same platform our operations team runs your routes on.

Sales

Quoting agent

Prices an RFP, tender sheet or spot request lane by lane: vehicle class, modality and cost. The pricing model is rule-based; the agent fills it in and a person reviews it.

Supply

Matching engine

Matches each lane with vetted units by zone, vehicle type, equipment and availability.

Supply

Carrier onboarding assistant

A WhatsApp assistant that qualifies fleet owners, collects their documents and schedules contract signing and training.

LiveOps

Operational intelligence

Classifies incidents from driver conversations on WhatsApp and flags the ones that need a person.

A person reviews every quote and runs every dispatch.

PartRunner assistantHi Carlos. How many units do you operate, and in which city?10:02

FAQ

Common questions.

What do I see in the demo?

In 30 minutes we walk through how we quote, how we position the fleet and the platform our operations team uses: tracking, evidence, route logs and reports. Afterwards we send an initial proposal for your lanes.

How fast can you start?

Under 24 hours for dedicated units in the cities where we already operate. For new cities we agree a launch plan during the demo.

How does invoicing work?

You receive one weekly invoice from PartRunner in MXN plus VAT, CFDI compliant. We pay each carrier and handle the tax paperwork, including Carta Porte when it applies.

Can you respond to a formal RFP or a tender?

Yes. For RFPs we return lane-level pricing, a positioning plan and SLAs. For tenders we work inside your procurement process and supply the documentation, pricing and capacity evidence it asks for.

Where is the AI used?

In four places: the quoting agent that prices lanes, the matching engine that assigns units, the WhatsApp assistant that onboards carriers, and the incident classifier. A person approves every quote and runs every dispatch.
